3. Bookings and Payments

• All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
   

• Payment is accepted via Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit cards.
   

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect bookings already confirmed.
   

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
   

• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.
   

• Group events and mentorship programs may have their own cancellation policies, which will be stated at the time of purchase.
   

• Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  
  Cancellation fees will apply to cover administrative and banking charges. Missed appointments due to time zone confusion or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to reschedule under these circumstances, a rebooking fee will apply. The next available appointment will be offered based on Peaceful Nik’s schedule, which may result in a waiting period of several weeks or longer.

12. For Entertainment Purposes Only

By booking a session, attending a private or public event you understand the following: Failure to give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a reading will prevent you from receiving a refund. For legal reasons you are advised that readings are for entertainment purposes only. Without the presence of a parent or guardian, these readings are reserved for those 18 years or older. Peaceful Nik does not have control over who steps forward in a reading; therefore, she cannot guarantee that a particular spirit will communicate. A personal spirit connection cannot be guaranteed to everyone attending a private session or group event. All event tickets are nonrefundable and non transferable. By attending a public event you consent to being video and/or audio recorded and photographed and these recordings may be used and republished publicly.  To opt out of recordings being published please email Peaceful Nik and let her know.  What you decide to do with the information and messages given, including any actions you take, is down to your own personal responsibility and choice. All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business fact and are subject to your own interpretation and judgement. Peaceful Nik's services are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that you should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.
